The lowest RDS(on) part is not always the lowest-loss choice. A meaningful comparison balances conduction resistance, switching behavior, gate charge, output capacitance, reverse recovery, ratings, package, and thermal path.
Candidate fields
Each row follows the selected loss method: TIMES supplies rise/fall times, Coss and Qrr; ENERGY supplies Eon/Eoff and its own test voltage/current; QGD supplies Qgd, Miller voltage, internal resistance, Coss and Qrr; manual mode supplies switching watts. Each also supplies RDS(on), Qg and device ratings. Gate supply/driver and thermal conditions are shared.
