The lowest RDS(on) part is not always the lowest-loss choice. A meaningful comparison balances conduction resistance, switching behavior, gate charge, output capacitance, reverse recovery, ratings, package, and thermal path.
Candidate fields
The comparison tool accepts one public candidate per line: name, RDS(on), Qg, rise time, fall time, Coss, Qrr, VDS rating, and current rating. It ranks the calculated result at the active converter operating point.
No candidate list or operating value is uploaded. Analytics, when enabled, records only that the comparison tool was used.
Ranking is not qualification
Review package inductance, Kelvin source availability, short-circuit behavior, SOA, avalanche rating, gate threshold spread, manufacturer quality, lifecycle, and real thermal construction before selection.
